
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office have nabbed a suspect in a hit-and-run case that left Louetta Road reeling from a recent motor vehicle crash. On the evening of May 20, the collision's perpetrator, who tried to disappear into the Houston hustle, was apprehended following an investigation spearheaded by local law enforcement.
When the deputies arrived on the scene at the 1600 block of Louetta Road, they quickly realized that the driver responsible had vanished, after further investigation they managed to locate and identify the suspect as Kelly Bolander. The incident, which disrupted the usual flow of the area for hours, was circulated on social media, with bystanders expressing dismay and concern for those involved. Constable Mark Herman's Office detailed the event and subsequent arrest.
According to the statement from Constable Herman's Office," Kelly Bolaner was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Failure to Stop and Give Information. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time."
