
Washington, D.C.'s Metropolitan Police Department is currently on the hunt for a group of suspects involved in a robbery on U Street. The incident occurred early in the morning on May 6 and police are reaching out to the community to help locate these individuals, according to a release on the MPD website.
The victim was approached by the suspects around 2:55 am in the 900 block of U Street, Northwest. It's reported that one of the suspects feigned to have a weapon by placing his hands in his pockets and forcibly demanding the victim's belongings. The suspects then took off with the stolen property, leaving the victim in distress.
