The Philadelphia Police Department has turned to the community for help in locating a missing teen. Janaeyah Williams, age 17, was last seen on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, on the 6xx block of E. Cornwall St., as per police reports. According to the Philadelphia Police Department, the young girl vanished that morning, around 9:34 AM.

Standing at 5’3″ and weighing 115 lbs., Janaeyah has brown eyes and black hair, details provided by the authorities in hopes that it will help in her safe return. Desperate for clues, last she was seen sporting black jeans and a lace wig with clips in it, alongside black and white dunks - a vivid image of a day that started as any other and took a turn to every parent's nightmare.

The Philadelphia Police are urging anyone with information regarding Janaeyah's whereabouts to come forward and assist in the ongoing search. The case is being handled by the 25th District, whose officers are scouring the area and following all leads.
