The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking assistance from the public to help locate Jose Pagan, a 90-year-old man reported as missing and endangered. He was last observed on May 13, near N. Fairhill St, as detailed in an alert issued by the police department.

Authorities have reported that Pagan was last seen at approximately 5:30 p.m., moving towards a corner store on the 2700 block of N. Fairhill St, a neighborhood he is known to frequent, additionally listing areas such as the park at 4th and Lehigh Ave and the Post Office at 217 W. Lehigh Ave, where Pagan might be found.

Pagan, described as having a thin build, light complexion, and brown eyes, stands at 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 180 pounds; he was wearing a white jacket adorned with the Puerto Rican Flag on both the front and back, accompanied by either blue shorts or black pants, black slide sandals, and supporting himself with a black cane while also donning an army-style baseball cap at the time of his disappearance.
