Pagan, described as having a thin build, light complexion, and brown eyes, stands at 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 180 pounds; he was wearing a white jacket adorned with the Puerto Rican Flag on both the front and back, accompanied by either blue shorts or black pants, black slide sandals, and supporting himself with a black cane while also donning an army-style baseball cap at the time of his disappearance.
