Brooklyn Center pet owners, get ready to mark your calendars. The opportunity to microchip your furry friends is just around the corner, with the spring Low-Cost Pet Vaccine Clinic slated to open its doors in the coming weeks. No need for appointments – it's all walk-in, with services provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, as per the Brooklyn Park, MN - Police Department. Keep in mind, that your dogs need to be on a leash, and those felines better be cozy in their carriers if you plan on dropping by.
All the action is taking place near the intersection of Cottonwood Lane N and 91st Ave N. Heads up – the usual PUPS parking lot will be off-limits, so plan accordingly. The Brooklyn Center Police Department, along with local authorities from Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Crystal, Maple Grove, New Hope, Plymouth, and Robbinsdale, will be assisting with the event.
A slew of cities are behind this initiative, including the City of Brooklyn Park and the City of Maple Grove. They, along with their respective police departments, are encouraging residents to chip in - for their pets’ safety, that is. "We look forward to seeing you all there!" exclaimed the host in a post on the PUPS Facebook page, as detailed by the Brooklyn Park, MN - Police Department.
