
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office apprehended a wanted man after receiving a call about a suspicious individual in the area of FM 1960 W. The arrest occurred on May 24, but details emerged recently. The man, identified as Louis Rios, was found to have three active felony warrants for theft, sparking his immediate arrest.
According to a statement from Constable Mark Herman's Office, deputies responded swiftly to the 3400 block of FM 1960 W following the report of a suspicious person. They encountered Rios, and upon identifying him, they discovered his outstanding warrants. The Facebook post detailed, "Louis Rios was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the warrants. His bond has not been set at this time out of the 262nd District Court."
Rios, whose bond has yet to be determined, remains in custody. The nature of the thefts for which Rios was wanted, has not been disclosed by the authorities. More information may be released as the case progresses through the legal system.
