The shouting of bullets came after the suspect, described as an individual in a gray GAP hoodie, clashed with a car while riding along East Allegheny Avenue. The violent encounter left him tumbling, only to rise and recklessly begin to shoot amidst the day's hustle. In new footage released by police, the man was seen limping away from the scene, now marked by the harsh reality of gun violence.
According to CBS News Philadelphia, the youngest victim suffered a graze wound to her head and is in stable condition. The 45-year-old man received a bullet in the leg, while the 47-year-old woman faces critical injuries after being shot in the face, embodying the brutal and sudden pivot from an ordinary day to a snapshot of the city's ongoing struggle with gun violence.
