Claiborne County was shattered by the grim discovery of two men found dead, a case that the local sheriff's office is investigating as a double homicide. According to WVLT, the victims were found by their own family around 2 a.m. on Friday at the old Kopper Glo Mine in the Clairfield community, after being reported missing two days prior.
Sheriff Bob Brooks stated that the men were scrapping in the area, a detail which the family that found the bodies, had reported them missing Wednesday.
