Pham of the Houston Police Department (HPD) are investigating the fatal encounter.

The HPD is actively seeking information from the public to find the driver responsible for the incident. With efforts to bring justice for the victim, law enforcement urges anyone who has knowledge about the identity of the driver or whereabouts of the Jeep Cherokee involved to come forward.
