
A deadly hit-and-run in Houston's Museum District has left one pedestrian dead and two seriously injured. The callous driver struck the three victims around 9:10 p.m. yesterday at the bustling crossways of Fannin and Blodgett where, according to police, the car first collided with another vehicle, jumped the curb, before committing the heinous act upon the sidewalk, and fled without looking back, as reported by FOX 26 Houston.
In the chaotic aftermath, a 55-year-old man was pronounced dead at the ghastly scene while emergency services rushed the two survivors, men aged 44 and 45, to the hospital, where they remain in serious condition police have yet to apprehend the culprit behind the wheel of the offending tan four-door sedan who sped off into the night leaving behind agony and unanswered questions.
