
Houston authorities are on the hunt for two suspects involved in a deadly shooting at a business on Airline Drive early this morning. The Houston Police Department released surveillance photos of the two Hispanic males, who were last spotted wearing dark-colored hoodies.
The shooting occurred approximately at 4:25 a.m. on June 6, at 2520 Airline Drive. The male victim, believed to be in his 40s, is yet to be identified as the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences is still verifying his identity. Officers responded to a call at the given address and discovered the victim with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives A. Vinogradov and D. Crowder from the HPD Homicide Division reported that the suspects had broken into a business at the location. Following the break-in, the suspects were confronted by an employee while attempting to steal a golf cart. A fight broke out which led to one of the suspects shooting the victim multiple times. After the shooting, both suspects fled from the area.
