The Woodlands Style, which was launched in the fall of 2023 to celebrate the area's 50th anniversary, features a range of merchandise including t-shirts, golf tees, and pickleball paddles, with the entire line reflecting the spirit and heritage of The Woodlands community; this range of products not only caters to local pride but also serves a vital charitable function by supporting the non-profit's mission to assist vulnerable residents, as noted by Missy Herndon, President and CEO of Interfaith, in the initiative to bolster the organization's abilities to meet escalating demands especially during the summer months when many families struggle without school meal programs.
According to the Houston Chronicle, the raised funds will provide critical support services such as senior grocery delivery, school and clothes supplies for students, prescription assistance, and even cover rents and utility payments for those in dire need; Interfaith is anchored in its service to the community, providing food, preventing homelessness, and enabling seniors and other residents to overcome hardships and maintain self-sufficiency.
