While the victim's identification is yet to be confirmed by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, law enforcement was summoned to the scene around 3:05 a.m., where the Houston Fire Department paramedics declared the individual deceased.
Initial reports from City of Houston News note that the responders found the man had sustained a gunshot wound, and detectives from the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division, specifically Detectives K.
