The Miami Juneteenth Music Festival ’24 is set to be a highlight of the celebration, taking place from June 18-19 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Griffing Center, located at 12220 Griffing Blvd., North Miami. Culture seekers can also delve into 'The Juneteenth Experience' at the Colony Theatre on the same dates starting at 7 p.m., located at 1040 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach.

On the actual day of Juneteenth, the City of Miami Beach presents a 'Juneteenth Day of Freedom' event scheduled for June 19, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 1100 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach. For those looking to extend the festivities, a Juneteenth Beach Bash will take place on Saturday, June 22, at Virginia Key Beach Park, from noon to 4 p.m., inviting residents and visitors alike to commemorate the day with a festive atmosphere by the water.
