
A Morristown woman has been charged with second-degree murder in the aftermath of a fatal shooting incident, as reported by the Morristown Police Department. The suspect, identified as 35-year-old Brittney Nicely, is currently being held at the Hamblen County Jail. The police made the arrest following the discovery of 56-year-old Richard Wilburn, who was found deceased at his High Street Apartments residence.
