Having been last seen in the early morning hours of June 16, Santibanez is described as standing 5'8" tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds with a thin build. Notable features include his curly black hair and tattoos on his hands. When last spotted, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and walking away from his residence in the Saint Paul Midway area.
To ensure his safe return, the police have distributed an image and description of Santibanez on social media, urging those who might have seen him or have knowledge of his whereabouts to come forward. The Saint Paul Police Department provided a contact number, 651-291-1111, for anyone who may have information about Santibanez's current location.
