Authorities in Harris County have successfully apprehended Randal Wayne Rost Jr., who was wanted on multiple charges including a felony warrant for Assault Impeding Breath. Acting on a tip, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman's Office located Rost on June 13th at a residence in the 14500 block of Cypress Branch Drive.
The suspect was reportedly detained without incident. After confirming Rost's felony warrant and five Class C warrants, the constable's office moved quickly to take, and swiftly secure the suspect. Rost's felony warrant alone carried a bond of $5,000.00, as set by the 228th District Court.
Constable Mark Herman's official Facebook page relayed the details of the arrest, noting: "Randal Wayne Rost, Jr., was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, for the active warrants."
