
A tragic incident occurred at the North Side apartment complex, Villas at Vista Del Norte, where a 2-year-old boy, identified as Amari Jobe, was found unresponsive in the community swimming pool. According to KSAT, the San Antonio Police Department reported the child was discovered floating in the pool this morning. The first responders to the distress call, made at around 8:20 a.m., found Amari's mother administering CPR in an attempt to save her son.
The emergency unfolded just before 8:30 a.m., prompting a swift response from local authorities to the 13000 block of Vista Del Norte. As reported by FOX San Antonio, paramedics continued life-saving efforts on their way to the hospital. However, despite these attempts, the child was later pronounced dead. The incident has since sparked a ongoing investigation, as the community grapples with the harrowing events of the day.
