
A routine vehicle stop by members of the Central District Action Team led to an arrest and the confiscation of a firearm in Baltimore. The detention took place in the 1000 block of Harford Avenue around 6:41 p.m. on July 26 and involved a 30-year-old male driver found with an active U.S. Marshals warrant, according to a post by the Baltimore Police.

Upon further investigation of the vehicle, detectives discovered a Taurus GX4 9mm handgun along with corresponding ammunition. The suspect, whose identity has yet to be disclosed, was subsequently transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility to be processed.
