
Three men were apprehended in Baltimore following a routine traffic enforcement that turned into a weapons seizure. According to the Baltimore Police Department, detectives from the CD DAT unit pulled over a vehicle on the 800 block of Aisquith Street for a traffic violation last night at around 7:43 p.m.

The traffic stop led to the discovery of firearms after officers observed two of the male occupants showing traits suggesting they were armed. The pat-down resulted in the seizure of a Polymer 80 9mm handgun and an IWI Jericho 2 9mm. The two men, aged 23 and 22, were arrested on the spot. Meanwhile, a third occupant, a 30-year-old male, was taken into custody based on two open warrants.
All arrested individuals were subsequently transported to CBIF for processing. The police have yet to release any further information regarding the charges or the identities of the suspects. This action falls in line with the department's ongoing efforts to address gun violence in the city by intercepting illegal firearms and those who carry them.
