After an initial announcement about the work commencing on Upton Avenue S., the energy company CenterPoint Energy has revealed that another construction effort is slated to start in August. According to an update released by CenterPoint Energy, "On Thursday, August 15, they plan to begin installing under the northern sidewalk of Mount View Avenue, starting at Penn Avenue S."
The additional crew is expected to significantly move forward with the completion of the project, which is part of a broader infrastructure upgrade.
