Tomorrow, the community of Eden Prairie is invited to cool off at the Nesbitt Preserve Park for a free Pop-up Splash Pad event. Slated to run from 5 to 7 p.m., the event promises a range of family-friendly activities, from lawn games to craft projects. Notably, local first responders will make an appearance with Eden Prairie Police and Fire departments in attendance, as reported by the City of Eden Prairie, MN.
An eagerly anticipated water balloon toss is scheduled for 6 p.m., an activity sure to provide some wet, refreshing fun in the summer heat. For those looking to enjoy a bit more than water-based activities, the Pop-up Library will offer literary escapes for the bookish attendees. A variety of smoothies will be available for purchase from Smooth Move, as per the City of Eden Prairie, MN, for those wanting a cold drink in their hand as they navigate the festivities, or recover from the spirited balloon toss.
