Swift investigative work subsequently led authorities to the menacing vehicle, situated at a Tracy residence, and the purported perpetrators were promptly identified. Last Tuesday, Angel Nietokalandrely, an 18-year-old from Tracy, and a 16-year-old Livermore male were apprehended, followed by the arrests last Thursday of Damien Henriquez, an 18-year-old Livermore resident, and another 17-year-old male also from Livermore.
Upon recovering a 9mm handgun and recognizing the suspect's prior knowledge of the victim, law enforcement posted that this encounter was gang-motivated. As these individuals now face charges of attempted murder, the gravity of the situation is being processed through the legal conduits of the Alameda County District Attorney's Office.
