The incident, which took place on Sunday, July 21, involved two young girls who were reportedly approached by this individual, as reported by Honolulu Police Department.
According to an official statement from the Honolulu Police Department, it was around 10:45 a.m. when the suspect attempted to lure the juvenile females into his vehicle by offering them candy. After the girls declined his offer,, the man attempted to physically coerce the older juvenile. Fortunately, he was unable to succeed and subsequently fled the scene in his car.
The authorities have requested that anyone with information relevant to this alarming incident should come forward.
