Notably small in stature, her physical characteristics may make her easily overlooked in crowded areas. She frequents the Center City and Overbrook neighborhoods of Philadelphia, places she might be recognized by locals.
Concern is mounting for Ms. Campbell, who at her advanced age of 79, falls into the category of a particularly vulnerable individual.
