His last known outfit included a distinctive black top hat, a black and yellow bleached Nike hoodie, black Nike pants, and gray and white New Balance sneakers. Residents of the 22nd District and beyond are being encouraged, to keep an eye out for Mr. Moore, who is new to the 2100 block of North 23rd Street and may not be well-acquainted with the surrounding area. The Philadelphia Police have expressed concern that he might try to return to his former residence on the 2200 block of Pierce Street in the 17th District.
