The Philadelphia Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the public in the search for Steven Kpou, a 36-year-old man reported missing since Saturday, July 6. As reported by the department, Kpou was last seen at 1:45 p.m. on the 2200 block of Winton Street.
Details about his physical appearance have been provided to aid in identification; Kpou stands 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs approximately 170 pounds, and has black hair with brown eyes. It's important to quickly act to possibly aid in his safe return. Those familiar with Kpou describe him as someone who is known to normally frequent the areas of 200 W. Rittenhouse Square and 1900 Chestnut Street.
The circumstances of Kpou's disappearance have not been made public. However, the Philadelphia Police are urging anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.
