Employees at Dollar Tree have conveyed to authorities that the man is known to visit areas in Snyder Plaza and may also be found by the I-95 underpass, a location where, they suggest, he often parks his vehicle. The suspect is described as a male, estimated to be between 25 and 30 years of age, about six feet in height with a stocky frame, a short receding hairline, and sporting a full beard.
