Descriptions have been provided for both suspects. The Philadelphia Police Department describes Suspect #1 as a black male with a thin build and dark skin, last seen wearing dark clothing and a white mask. Suspect #2 is described as a black male with a medium build and light skin, donned in a blue hat, black t-shirt, black shorts, and blue sneakers.
