The Los Angeles Police Department and loved ones have intensified their search for Geraldine Hunter, a 76-year-old woman with dementia who vanished on July 27, 2024. A call to action has been issued to the public for any assistance in locating her since she was last spotted in Van Nuys around 1:45 p.m.
Geraldine, described as a Black female with white hair and blue eyes, was wearing a gray hat, blue sweater, black pants, and black shoes. Seen carrying a black tote bag with a plastic doll inside, she was also recognized for her height and weight—standing at 5 feet, 6 inches, and weighing around 150 pounds. Concern for her well-being has escalated considering her medical condition, as reported by the Los Angeles Police Department.
As the search efforts continue, the LAPD urges anyone with information about Geraldine's location to contact the Van Nuys Division at (818) 374-9500.
