
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing juvenile named Morgan Stephens, according to a post on their official blotter. The 13-year-old girl has been missing since the morning of July 13, when she was last observed at her known location on the 1700 block of N. 25th Street, at approximately 8:30 am, as reported by the Philadelphia Police Department.
Morgan Stephens is described, as a 5’1” tall, 135-pound girl with black hair that reaches her shoulders, as per the Philadelphia Police Department. She was last seen wearing a pink and black t-shirt, Under Armour pants, and black sneakers. It has been noted that Morgan frequents several areas including 17th & Wagner, Erie & Torresdale, and Kensington & Allegheny, and she is also known to ride the Broad Street Line.
