
The San Antonio Police Department, in collaboration with Crime Stoppers, is actively seeking information from the public in connection with the homicide of a 30-year-old woman, Daniella Chavez. Chavez went missing from her residence in the 2600 block of Northeast Loop 410, on March 30, 2016, and, her tragic fate was not discovered until over three years later. It was on September 11, 2019, when hikers stumbled upon her remains, hidden amongst the brush in a greenbelt area near the 4000 block of Swans Landing. The nature of her death has led investigators to suspect foul play.
Those with knowledge pertaining to this crime are encouraged to step forward, as the details they hold may prove instrumental in the course of justice for Chavez. KSAT reports that San Antonio police are urging anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 210-224-7867 (STOP). Alternatively, texters can send "Tip 127 plus your tip" to CRIM(es), 274637. Tips can also be conveniently submitted via the P3 Tips app—a tool available for download on both the App Store and Google Play. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that culminates in a felony arrest.
