According to FOX 13 News, at approximately 8:20 a.m., the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) deputies arrived at Gordon Drive following reports of a male victim being stabbed.
Ten minutes after the stabbing, on Dauvin Court, the same suspect proceeded to carjack a woman. The escalation continued when the suspect, piloting the stolen vehicle, led deputies on a chase that plowed through two Bay Area counties and concluded with a collision. The suspect crashed a vehicle he used to lead deputies on a chase, as described in the report by Tampa Free Press.
The pursuit weaved into Hillsborough County and reached its terminus when the suspect lost control on Suncoast Parkway near Ehrlich Road, in Tampa.
