Traffic flow in Duluth will be hit with temporary disruptions starting July 11 as sidewalk repairs kick off on a stretch of W Second Street.
The City of Duluth has announced that the eastbound lane and adjacent parking lane on W Second Street between Fourth Avenue W and Third Avenue West will be off-limits to vehicles during the daytime for the project's duration, expected to wrap up by July 17.
