In a continuous effort to find missing Texas A&M student Caleb Harris, the Uvalde Foundation For Kids has stepped forward to offer its resources and volunteers. The organization, primarily focused on ending school violence as a response to the 2022 tragedy at Robb Elementary, is reported by FOX San Antonio to be "assembling a special team of volunteers from its STOPNOW school community patrol teams in San Antonio, Dallas and other chapters to search for Texas A&M University Corpus-Christi junior Caleb Harris, who has been missing since March 4."

Despite the distressing recent discovery of human remains at a wastewater lift station in Corpus Christi, close to where Harris was last seen, the police have yet to confirm any connection to his disappearance. As stated by the Uvalde Foundation For Kids, this grim find should not deter but instead bolster the search efforts. "Now is not the time to end the search for this young man. If anything, it should give a renewed hope that persistence and dedication can bring answers, even those we do not wish to hear,” James Earle, the foundation's STOPNOW Patrol Teams Director, told KENS 5, asserting that persistence and dedication can bring to desperately needed answers.

The foundation, which has extended its mission beyond its initial scope, also leverages its presence in communities such as San Antonio, Dallas, and Bell County to support similar causes. As they now converge on the search for Harris, the foundation is also making a parallel appeal for community participation in the planned grid searches, which have become more pressing given the time that has passed since the 21-year-old vanished from his apartment complex near campus.

This isn't the first time the organization has mobilized to find those missing. They previously participated in the search for Riley Strain in Nashville. The Uvalde Foundation For Kids remotely is urging the public to reach out with any potentially relevant information to the Corpus Christi Police at 361-886-2600 or their own crisis reporting number at 254-206-9089.
