On the same day, authorities in Pine County arrested Alexis Ann Dwinnell, 29, of Montrose, for a 5th Degree Controlled Substance under a Wright County warrant. The string of arrests continued with Ronald James Johnson, 54, of Cokato in Meeker County, on two warrants related to the violation of a Domestic Abuse Order for Protection, as detailed by the Wright County Sheriff’s Office website.
