With the window to apply now wide open, those looking to partake in Dallas' HIPP need to act with some urgency. The clock is ticking down to an August 30, 2024, 5 p.m. cutoff, so there's no time to waste. The loan program can help out with a variety of home repairs, like replacing that ancient HVAC system, updating any precarious electrical setups, and even installing accessibility modifications for those in need.
Applications kicked off on August 19, 2024, and will remain available until the aforementioned deadline. There are two ways to apply.
