Described as 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds with black hair, and brown eyes, the 44-year-old was last noted to be wearing all-black attire, and carrying a black backpack. A relative of Sameul has informed the authorities that he suffers from a mental illness, as reported by clickondetroit.
