The Detroit Police Department is actively working to locate Kelvin Anderson, a 58-year-old man reported missing since last Friday. He was last seen in the vicinity of the 2900 block of Baldwin Street, disconnected from his routine, unreached by the voices of his loved ones.
As provided by ClickOnDetroit, Anderson is described as 5 feet 10 inches in height and weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. His attire at the time included a white hat atop his head, a red, white, and blue flannel shirt, and black pants, a black and gray backpack completing his ensemble. It's been noted by his sister to officials that he has a diagnosis of schizophrenia, beckoning an increased urgency to swiftly find him.
The Detroit Police Department's Missing page shared a plea for help from the community, imploring those with any possible information to step forward. "Please help us find missing Kelvin Anderson", the post read, casting a digital wide net to possibly safely return Anderson to his home.
