Good news for commuters in North Clackamas County as bus service on Line 29-Lake/Webster Rd is set to become more frequent starting August 25. This service expansion is not just a win for those who frequent the Lake Road Health Center but also caters to students of Milwaukie High School and employees at Bob’s Red Mill and Unified Grocers. As announced by Clackamas County, in partnership with TriMet, this change aims to improve local connectivity and access to essential services and employment hubs.
The increase in bus services is a thoughtful move considering the needs of the community. As stated by Clackamas County, the expanded schedule will "benefit community members who visit our new Lake Road Health Center."
This strategic development also enhances the link between Line 29 and the MAX Green and Orange lines, along with other bus lines like Line 34-Linwood/River Rd, improving the overall transit network.
