To bolster its Parks and Community Services Department, the City of Kirkland is set to host a job fair with various positions on offer. The fair aims to recruit locals who find joy in fostering community connections, learning new skills, and making a tangible impact on their surroundings.
The job fair is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Peter Kirk Community Center located at 352 Kirkland Ave, Kirkland, as announced recently by the city. Industrious spirits with a passion for communal engagement are invited to this event, where prospective employees can meet the current team, savor refreshments, and partake in giveaways while discovering how to apply for jobs that range from Recreation Leads and Attendants to specialized roles such as Preschool dance art and movement instructors—amongst others, according to the City of Kirkland.
The roles in question span seasonal and year-round availability, including positions for After-School Camp Leaders and Pee Wee Sports Fields Monitors, in addition to opportunities at the Kirkland Team Union Building (KTUB).
