A man filmed during a road rage altercation in Las Vegas has been arrested in Virginia, with the arrest following a two-month span since the incident first made headlines, as FOX5 Vegas reported. The assailant, identified by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as Jose Antonio Soriano, came to law enforcement's attention after a video went viral showing him aggressively confronting a woman named Sarah Goolsby; during the encounter, Goolsby says he punched and kicked her into the street.
Caught in a tumult of rage on Rainbow toward Spring Valley, the suspect allegedly collided with Goolsby's vehicle before the physical assault took place, and this pursuit did not abate across the miles or weeks until the suspect was detained in Newport News, Virginia, with his car that was spotted in the incriminating footage but discovered to have been repainted, this purported escape tactic failed to evade the long arm of the law, as reported by News 3 Las Vegas.
"I can't wait to face him because I think he's a dirtbag," Goolsby expressed her determination to see justice served, as she made known in a statement on FOX5Vegas, "I think he’s a psycho and I want him to see that I’m not letting you get this dismissed. You’re going to pay for what you’ve done and hopefully, never do it again,".
