
In the later hours of Tuesday, a routine traffic stop escalated into a significant drug bust in Livermore. Conducted by Livermore Police, the stop of a vehicle with a suspended registration led to the arrest of two individuals on multiple drug-related charges. According to the Livermore Police Department, the driver, identified as 27-year-old Anthony Gray of Tracy, was found unlicensed and wanted on a felony warrant.
On Aug. 13, around 11 p.m., Livermore Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a suspended registration. Livermore Police learned the driver, 27-year-old Anthony Gray of Tracy, was unlicensed and had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest.

Beyond the issue of the driver's warrant and lack of license, the police discovered an assortment of illegal drugs in the vehicle. Found within the confines of Gray's vehicle were five ounces of methamphetamine, 89 Alprazolam (Xanax) pills, and over 14 grams of heroin. Gray was taken into custody under several charges, including possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, possession of a narcotic, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The passenger, 36-year-old Blanca Resendiz of Livermore, was arrested alongside Gray, facing charges of possession of a narcotic with the intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
