Anthony Dickey, 26, with no fixed address, and Tenisha Moss, 26, of Southeast, were swiftly arrested as they attempted a second time to lift goods from the same CVS store. Dickey is facing charges that include Theft Two, Unlawful Entry, and four counts of Contempt of Court, escalating his encounter with law enforcement beyond a mere theft attempt.
Investigations by the detectives expanded Dickey's charges, linking him to additional incidents of Theft Two and Unlawful Entry. These offenses took place on the preceding Monday, with incidents reported both in the morning on Maine Avenue and before noon on K Street.
