According to the Philadelphia Police Department's bulletin, Haynes was last observed early in the morning, departing from her North Lee Street residence; the concern for her well-being has since escalated, prompting law enforcement to reach out to the public for any potential leads.
Standing at about 5 feet 5 inches and weighing around 155 pounds, Sarah is described as having blue eyes and brown hair, her last known attire was a green long-sleeve shirt paired with black jeans and black boots, the specifics of her appearance could be pivotal in identifying her, among the vast tapestry of the city's populace. The East Detectives Division has put forth a request for information, and anyone capable of aiding in her location is encouraged to come forward.
