According to the Philadelphia Police Department, she was last seen on Thursday, August 8, around 3:00 p.m. leaving her residence at the 3100 block of Morse Street.
Concerns are growing for Wilkins, who is described as a female with brown eyes, black hair, a height of 5’5”, and a weight of approximately 220 pounds, as detailed by the Philadelphia Police Department. When she was last observed, she was dressed in a grey short-sleeved shirt, grey sweatpants, and black sneakers.
