A shooting incident marred the routine peace of a Rock Hill grocery store last week, where a disagreement between two men turned violent, leading to one man being shot. The Rock Hill Police Department's Bloodhound Tracking Team was able to track Carter down to Carolina Avenue Extension, leading to his arrest without further incident, as was reported by QC News. Carter now faces serious charges including Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature, Possession of a Weapon During a Crime of Violence, and Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of Certain Crimes.
