One of the major draws emphasized by Building Connections is, "You’ll also have an opportunity to ask our experts about our permitting process, building and electrical inspections, soil erosion prevention, and code violations. The first event, the North Seattle Home Fair, is scheduled for Saturday, October 5, between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. at Meadowbrook Community Center, located at 10517 35th Ave NE. Following this, the South Seattle Home Fair will take place on Saturday, October 19 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Filipino Community Center, placed at 5740 Martin Luther King Jr Way S.
