The 2024 expo, which takes on a baseball theme in honor of the World Series Champions Texas Rangers, swings into action on September 18 at the Esports Stadium Arlington, 1200 Ballpark Way, attendees can engage in sessions divided between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., where they'll have the opportunity to bat around ideas on community volunteering, housing options, and educational presentations, it's a chance to score a home run in the league of living well.
Dig out that Rangers jersey because Tom Grieve, a decorated Texas Rangers Hall of Famer, will be stepping up to the plate as the keynote speaker, lending his voice and experiences to an audience of his peers, the throngs of attendees are encouraged to show their Rangers pride by donning team gear for an event set to feature a mayoral welcome, boogie-inducing dance fitness demos, and, for those pre-registered by the August 30 deadline, a free nutritious boxed lunch to keep energy levels in the green zone.
