The heat seems to be setting in since by Wednesday, the forecast anticipates a high approaching 95 degrees, reminding Philadelphians to prepare for peak midweek warmth.
The latter half of the week will bring a slight reprieve from the intense heat with partly sunny skies and a high near 84 on Thursday, while nighttime is expected to be mostly cloudy with a low around 67 degrees. As residents look towards the weekend, Friday's forecast is similarly partly sunny with a high near 81 degrees, and nighttime conditions are to remain mostly cloudy with lows hovering around 68 degrees. The consistent pattern of partly sunny days is set to continue into Saturday, with highs anticipated to reach near 84 degrees, promising a consistent yet warm end to the week, as per the NWS forecast.
